    Shipping Policy

    Order Fulfillment Timeline

    Order processing begins once your order is confirmed and concludes when the carrier physically receives your package. This process includes: payment validation, stock assignment, thorough quality checks (such as material inspections and functionality testing), and protective packaging.

     

    Standard orders are typically processed within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes payment verification, quality control, and shipment preparation.
    During peak periods or promotional events, please allow an additional 1–3 business days.
    Pre-order items will be dispatched on their designated launch dates.

     

    Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

    Packages typically arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch.
    Please note that this timeframe begins from the shipment date, not the purchase date.
    Delivery delays may result from incomplete or incorrect address information, customs inspections, regional carrier constraints, severe weather conditions, or local transit disruptions.

     

    Delivery Terms & Conditions

    A shipment confirmation email, including your tracking number, will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
    You can monitor your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.

    Important Considerations:

    • All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Customs delays, weather events, carrier errors, or incorrect addresses may extend delivery times.

    • Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the shipment leaves our facility. We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” that are subsequently reported lost or stolen.

    Undeliverable Shipments

    Packages refused by the recipient or left unclaimed will be refunded, minus return shipping and customs processing fees.

    If a shipment is marked as “Unclaimed,” “Return to Sender (RTS),” or otherwise undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will receive email notification, and all associated RTS fees will be charged to your account.

    Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, you may choose from the following options:

    1. Re-delivery: We will reship your order upon receipt of RTS fees and new shipping charges.

    2. Refund Adjustment: You will be refunded the original payment minus RTS fees once we receive the returned inventory (processing typically takes 3–5 business days; refund times vary by financial institution).

    Note:Please triple-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery for packages with inaccurate or incomplete recipient information.
